For the Logistics sector, the Dutch road haulage collective labour agreement (cao Beroepsgoederenvervoer) is set on your contracts. Does your company fall under a different collective agreement? Then you set the surcharge percentages yourself under Settings.

A fixed amount plus a small amount per employee. Prices for Ireland, excluding VAT. Paying annually gives a 10% discount. Prices differ per country: see the prices for your country →
Payslips (Premium and Enterprise): € 1.73 per payslip sent. Prices are indexed annually on 1 January. You pay by invoice.

Frequently asked questions
Can I work with temp or flex workers?
You simply schedule your own on-call and flex workers, and freelancers (zzp'ers) get their own rules. Temp agency workers who are on an agency's payroll are scheduled without a payslip.
Does it work with shift work?
Yes. You schedule early, late and night shifts, copy fixed patterns and see per day where gaps remain.
Can I invoice per client?
Yes. With Premium you create a timesheet and invoice per client, including surcharges and VAT.
