Certificates at a glance
For each employee you see which certificates they hold and when they expire. For your sector these are already set up:
Your collective agreement (cao) and surcharges
You set the surcharge percentages yourself once under Settings, so they match your cao. Do you deploy security staff at events? Then choose the Security sector; there you pick the cao Evenementen- en Horecabeveiliging (the Dutch collective agreement for event and hospitality security) per employee.
Honest pricing
A fixed amount plus a small amount per employee. Prices for Ireland, excluding VAT. Paying annually gives a 10% discount. Prices differ per country: see the prices for your country →
Payslips (Premium and Enterprise): € 1.73 per payslip sent. Prices are indexed every year on 1 January. You pay by invoice.

Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule employees and freelancers together?
Yes. They appear side by side in the same schedule. Freelancers choose for themselves which shifts they take on; employees are rostered.
Does it work on location, without a laptop?
Yes. Your crew uses Oibase on their phone, as an app on the home screen, including for clocking in and out.
Can I invoice per event?
Yes. With Premium you create a timesheet and invoice per client.
