Your cao and allowances
For each employee you choose which cao applies: the cao Particuliere Beveiliging, the cao Evenementen- en Horecabeveiliging, or both. Contracts and payslips follow that choice. You set the allowance percentages once under Settings.
Reporting in the field? Use Oisecur
Oisecur is the reporting app from Oibase B.V. Your guards create shift reports, incident reports and patrols with QR checkpoints. Your client receives a PDF with photos, signature and their own logo. In Oibase there is a button that takes you straight there.
Honest pricing
A fixed amount plus a small amount per employee. Prices for Ireland, excluding VAT. Paying annually gives a 10% discount. Prices differ per country: see the prices for your country →
Payslips (Premium and Enterprise): € 1.73 per payslip sent. Prices are indexed annually on 1 January. You pay by invoice.

Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule per site and per client?
Yes. You set up your clients and sites, schedule the shifts on them and create a timesheet and invoice per client.
Does Oibase also work with freelance (zzp) security guards?
Yes. Employees and freelancers (zzp) appear side by side in the same schedule, each with their own rules. For freelancers you create an assignment agreement and a monthly overview of hours × rate.
Does Oibase monitor rest periods after night shifts?
Oibase checks the schedule against the Dutch Working Hours Act (Arbeidstijdenwet) and alerts you when rest periods or maximum working hours are at risk. Stricter terms from your collective agreement (cao) you check yourself.
