Your cao and allowances
For the healthcare industry, the cao VVT (collective labour agreement for care) is set on your contracts. If you work under a different care cao, you set the allowance percentages yourself under Settings. When someone reports sick, Oibase only records that they are sick, never a reason or diagnosis.
Fair pricing
A fixed amount plus a small amount per employee. Prices for Ireland, excluding VAT. Paying annually gives a 10% discount. Prices differ per country: see the prices for your country →
Payslips (Premium and Enterprise): € 1.73 per payslip sent. Prices are indexed every year on 1 January. You pay by invoice.

Frequently asked questions
Is client data stored in Oibase?
Only a client code or initials, so you can track hours per client. Care reports and medical data do not belong in it; those stay in your electronic client record (ECD).
Does Oibase monitor the Dutch Working Hours Act (Arbeidstijdenwet)?
Yes. The schedule is checked for rest periods and maximum working hours. Stricter agreements from your collective labour agreement (cao) you check yourself.
Can we work with multiple departments or locations?
Yes. You create a separate location for each department or site and schedule on it. This is possible in every plan.
